What are limits for file uploads, sizes and formats

File upload limits
You can upload unlimited number of files. 
File size limits
You can upload a single file of upto 30 GB in size. 
Images of upto 30 MB will be processed automatically. Any image larger than 30 MB and upto 1 GB can be processed once the account is enabled for large file processing.
Supported file formats
While you can upload files of any format, we support images and video formats below:-
  • Standard image formats supported: jpg, png, bmp, tiff, gif, and many more
  • RAW image Formats supported: raf, cr2, iiq, mos, raw, rw2, tif, fff, 3fr, nef and many more
  • Video formats supported: 3GP, AAC, AVI, FLV, MOV, MPEG-2, MP4, WMV and many more
  • Transcode output formats supported: H.264/MP4 and HLS formats suitable for Web, iOS and Android devices
